What are Small Groups?
Small Groups are gatherings of 8-12 people who met in each other’s homes and are open for anyone in the congregation to join. They gather regularly for prayer, worship, spiritual formation, and fellowship. These gatherings are not primarily about learning more information but are focused on the application of God’s truth to members’ lives and learning to live that out well in community. Groups provide care to fellow group members and are a great way to get to know other people and be known. We aim for these groups to be an open, authentic, and accepting small group of people that together intentionally seek to mature as Christ-followers, living out the implications of their allegiance to Christ in their lives, their families, and the community.
How do I get involved?
We are launching a bunch of new small groups right now! Everyone has a chance to sign up for a group starting Sunday, September 17th. If you have questions or would like to sign up, contact Pastor Nathan (firstname.lastname@example.org).
