Men’s Ministry

Men’s Ministry

What is Men’s Ministry all about?

Our vision as Men’s Ministry at PDAC:

Our desire is to be a brotherhood of men at PDAC who “do life” and deepen discipleship together, in service of Christ and community.

We focus on 3 key areas:

  1. “Doing Life Together” – We seek to build meaningful relationships with one another through fellowship, discussion and prayer. (Matt. 18:20)
  2. “Deepening Discipleship” – We try to actively help each other in the Christian walk, wherever a brother may be on the journey. (Prov.27:17)
  3. “Serving Christ and Community” – We want to be an example of Christian love and hope, effective leaders in our homes, workplaces and communities. (James 2:14-26)

What’s coming up?

In addition to just spending time together (often in connection with food and/or sports!), here are some of the ways we try to actively live out our ministry vision together. We would love for you to join us!

Jonathan Head and Tony Lalonde are joining a team of men from Promise Keepers Canada and will be travelling to the Dominican Republic for 8 days this April.

This construction-oriented mission is organized by EduDeo Ministries, a Canadian Christian charity located in Hamilton.  You can learn more about this mission by clicking here.

Here’s how you can get involved:

Consider Joining the Team – If you feel God calling you to be part of this mission, please let Tony and/or Jonathan know asap.

Pray for Us – Neither of us have ever been on an out-of-country mission before; so this is a leap of faith, and we need your prayers to see us through!

Financial Support – If you are able to support this mission by helping us cover some out-of-pocket costs for travel, food and accommodation, you can do so by clicking here. (All donations will receive an electronic tax receipt.)

Thanks so much for your prayers and consideration!
